VceeBeauty only provide once after-sale service for each order within 7 days after the parcel is delivered successfully, which is referred to the delivery time of online shipping status;

For sanitary or preference reasons and man-made damage, no agreements on the returns,VceeBeauty don’t accept any unreasonable demand beyond products qualities;

Compliance with returned products must be intact and does not affect the secondary sales.For example, the package is not removed, the clothing is not cleaned or the label is cut. In particular, the colored contact lenses are not allowed to be returned after use;
